Mel Slim: Born under the steadfast sign of Taurus in 1989, Mel Slim hails from the vibrant city of Philadelphia. With an entrepreneurial spirit that ignited in 2009 when she started her first fashion business, Mel has since become a recognized brand expert. But her talents extend far beyond the business realm. As a singer, humanitarian, and devoted home birth mother of two, Mel embodies the power of creativity, compassion, and the ability to nurture a dozen successful ventures.
Leon X: A true revolutionary with a worldly perspective, ironically, also a 1989 Taurus, Leon X has traversed the globe and honed his skills as a sales and marketing expert since his entrepreneurial journey began in 1998 when he moved to the United States from Bahrain. With a fervent dedication to youth development and self-mastery, Leon's passion is palpable. As a published author and renowned life strategist known as "Dr. Abundance," he empowers individuals to unlock their potential. As a proud home birth father of two, Leon cherishes the values of family and growth.
Since 2017, Mel Slim and Leon X have not only been partners in life but also in business. Their partnership flourished in 2018 when they embarked on a remarkable journey together, running the most impactful underground arts venue in the United States, The AMF House, located in uptown Philadelphia. Over the span of five years, they powered over 1,200 events, revitalized communities, and assisted countless businesses in scaling their operations. All the while, they joyfully started a new family.
In 2022, the couple made a life-changing decision to relocate to Puerto Rico, a move that has proven to be the best for their relationship and young family. Founding Casa Meleón, a healing center and relaxation station, marks the next step in their extraordinary journey. With their passion, experience, and unwavering dedication, Mel and Leon are committed to creating a sanctuary that embodies their vision of holistic well-being, tranquility, and transformative experiences.

For five impactful years, Leon and Mel ran The AMF House, an underground arts venue in uptown Philadelphia. It was here that they harnessed their collective talents and passion to create a space that breathed life into the local artistic community. Through over 1,200 events, they fostered creativity, supported artists, and assisted entire communities in experiencing the transformative power of art and culture.
However, their path took an unexpected turn in 2022 when they made the decision to relocate to Puerto Rico.
